OUR RETURN POLICY
We are dedicated to offering our customers the best nail products available. However, if for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will happily issue a refund within 15 days of purchase. Original shipping and handling fees will not be refunded. Please note that customers are responsible for the return shipping fees. At this time, LVX does not process exchanges; all returns and sales must be completed as separate transactions.
Due to the nature of our product, LVX cannot accept returns of opened and used items.

SHIPPING
LVX currently ships to the continental USA only. All orders are shipped via ground.
Please allow 2 business days for your order to be processed. Once we have processed your order, please allow 5-7 business days for delivery with ground shipping.
